Hi, I’m Victor, and this is my bio…

I have been part of the NBCOC ministry team for 19 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Elder/Shepherd, Church Administrator, Connections Pastor, and now Family Pastor. Those different seasons have given him a deep appreciation for the many ways God works through the life of a church and through the people who call it home.

His approach to ministry is relational and practical: meet people where they are, walk with them through real life, and help them take their next step toward Jesus. He has a heart for helping individuals and families feel seen, supported, connected, and equipped to grow in their faith.

On a day off, you are likely to find Victor enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, exploring the Hill Country, or carrying a camera somewhere along the way. He enjoys photography, travel, meaningful conversations about faith and life, and is an avid Texas Longhorns fan.

What excites him most about NBCOC is seeing the church become a place where people do more than attend — they belong, build relationships, grow spiritually, strengthen their families, and discover how God can use their lives.

If you see Victor on a Sunday, feel free to talk with him about family, travel, photography, Texas football, or the questions about faith that you may still be wrestling with.
